We’re currently seeking a motivated, technically minded individual to join the Web Production team as a Web Producer to focus on HTML, CSS and JavaScript production as well as problem resolution. This is an entry to mid-level position with plenty of growth opportunity for a go-getter person who demonstrates accountability, initiative, and analytical aptitude.

As a Web Producer, you will:

• Receive content/assets from client services and quality check for missing information or errors.
• Assess requests and determine what technology or methodology best fits the case.
• Create site layouts using XHTML, CSS and JavaScript inside the Web Production model.
• Learn the Jobs2Web site architecture in order to build site structures within our proprietary system.
• Develop new and innovative ways to expand our boundaries while maintaining sustainability.
• Help improve/create best practices for web production.
• Respond to internal work/help desk requests related to web production in a timely and proficient manner
• Build rapport and credibility with internal team and clients

...must have's:

• Associate’s Degree in Web Development or Web Design or equivalent work experience.
• A solid portfolio of web design projects.
• Deep understanding of and experience with CSS and XHTML with an emphasis on non-table design. Ability to code XHTML and CSS by hand (without the aid of IDEs).
• Familiarity with Eclipse and Subversion (SVN)
• Experience with Javascript (specifically the jQuery framework)
• Intermediate Photoshop skills.
• Excellent organizational ability with close attention to detail.
• Positive and proactive work ethic, "can-do" attitude with a demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects, and switch gears as needed
• A joint interest in people (your internal and external clients) and data and technology
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to be both a collaborative team player as well as strong, reliable self-starter and individual contributor comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
