Inside Sales Rep (Telesales, Account Manager) Job

The demand for Jobs2Web is strong and we are now seeking inside-based sales representatives to exponentially grow our customer base.

Job Description:
The Jobs2Web Solution Specialist will identify, qualify, and work with employers to integrate Jobs2Web into their talent acquisition programs.

Primary Responsibilities:
Must meet or exceed Jobs2Web sales goals!

Tasks include:
  • Learn and master the Jobs2Web solution and benefits, especially relative to online recruitment methods
  • Be able to articulate the benefits of Jobs2Web relative to prospects' needs persuasively via the phone & webinars.
  • Assertively plan and execute your sales program in your territory, using both marketing-driven leads and contact lists.
  • Leverage channel partners such as recruitment ad agencies in identifying, presenting to, closing, and supporting clients for Jobs2Web services
  • Maintain pipeline opportunities in Jobs2Web salesforce automation program
  • Ensure all sales orders meet Jobs2Web finance and sales management requirements
  • Work with the implementation and account development team as needed to ensure customer success, and to identify and pursue up-sell opportunities

Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in inside or tele-sales, preferably selling a solution or service within the human-capital management industry
  • Education: University degree. Search-engine Optimization (SEO) or recruiting-industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience selling to senior HR and recruitment managers in both mid-size and F500 organizations
  • Demonstrated record of success in a fast-paced, goal-oriented sales environment
  • Persuasive and engaging oral and written communication skills
  • Curious; good listener; able to identify and adapt to different social styles of prospects over the phone.
  • Team player. Able to contribute positively to the management team and throughout the organization.
  • High-level of autonomy. Feel comfortable and be efficient in a flat organization.
  • Little or no travel is required for this position
