Working within our company will put you close to our award winning technology that combines the best of recruiting and marketing solutions including Search Engine Marketing (SEO), SEM (Pay-Per-Click), Social Networks and Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing.The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering business requirements from internal and external sources to enhance the products developed for our clients. You will be responsible for defining and coordinating the integration of these business requirements into our products. The Business Analyst will use analytical techniques to identify requirements and ensure that they are communicated effectively with developers and vested business owners.
Specifically, the Business Analyst role will have impact through these responsibilities:
Essential Accountabilities:
- Serves as liaison between business channels and Development teams. Works directly with management, users, and technical resources to identify, prioritize, and document detailed business requirements.
- Primary function will be to analyze potential product issues and requests to determine root cause and correct business/product solution.
- Documents business requirements through interviews, requirement (s) workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, workflow management, scenarios, and other methods to ensure accuracy and validity of information.
- Assists the Business in completing business cases in support of projects by conducting interviews with business channels and compiling analysis. Identifies and defines opportunities to enhance or better utilize system functionality. Seeks to simplify, integrate, and improve business and administrative processes.
- Participates in documentation reviews to ensure that the requirements, variations and business exceptions processes are interpreted correctly.
- Develops and maintains an enterprise-level view of the business, including the interrelationships between all business and support units and the major processes they utilize and support to know where interdependencies for systems and processes might arise.
Technical Competencies:
- Competency with change controls, project life cycles, structured analysis and process methodologies.
- Translate business problems into project goals.
- Analyze business structures, strategies, and related processes and communicate their implication through a variety of mediums to all levels of the organization.
- Create workflows and wireframes of desired applications that are easy for the developers to understand.
- Staffing/Recruitment industry knowledge preferred.
- E-commerce and application processing knowledge preferred.

- Builds positive and effective relationships with individuals both internal and external to the organization.
- Researches issues and gathers information to support analysis through broad interaction with associates.
- Supports developer questions during the development process.

- Possesses effective written and oral communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.
- Works independently with minimal supervision, handle multiple projects and assignments and be able to prioritize and meet deadlines. Individual will be both results and detail oriented with effective oral and written communication skills.
- Actively participate in initiatives that define and implement the vision and objectives of Jobs2Web.
Work Environment:
- The work environment is a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
- Nature of the work involved may necessitate evenings or weekends in order to meet department goals.
Education:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree with 1-3 years of related professional experience or non-degreed with 3-5 years related professional experience.
