Client Services Specialist Job

We’re currently seeking a motivated, service-minded interactive project management pro to join the Client Services team as a Client Services Specialist. Responsible for managing the effective delivery of integrated marketing solutions for our clients, this individual must be a strong relationship manager, producer and project manager.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide day-to-day client management, project management and delivery of a full range of interactive recruiting solutions – SEO, job distribution, PPC, social media/networking, etc. – for a variety of diverse clients
  • Manage a range of projects to ensure deliverables are in-scope, on-time and on-budget
  • Manage project expectations and communication and collaborate with internal shared services development resources, external vendors and clients to drive effective project delivery
  • Deliver day-to-day client operational and maintenance tasks, e.g., test and QA client sites, optimize SEO categories and keywords, perform routine career web site maintenance, etc.
  • Generate production schedules, project status reports and other relevant project management documentation to manage internal and client expectations
  • Build rapport and credibility with internal team and clients
  • Continually seek opportunities to drive client satisfaction and deepen client relationships

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or related field
  • At least two years of interactive account management and/or project management experience supporting a full range of web services in a corporate or agency environment, preferably in the HR/Recruiting space
  • Solid project management discipline and software expertise (MS Project or similar)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, proven relationship management experience and excellent organizational ability with close attention to detail and process
  • Positive and proactive work ethic, “can-do” attitude with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to be both a collaborative team player as well as strong self-starter and individual contributor comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Project Management Professional® (PMP) certification is a plus
  • Familiarity with SEO research tools/methodology and an understanding of technical and functional design (HTML and CSS design) is preferred, but not required
