Are you up for the challenge?
In this role, the Account Executive will identify, qualify, and work with employers to integrate Jobs2Web into their talent acquisition strategy and programs.
Specifically, the Account Executive role will have impact through these responsibilities:
- Solutions knowledge - learn and master the Jobs2Web solution and benefits – hands-on demonstration and presentation skills required
- Sales process - be able to survey new Jobs2Web account prospects deeply to identify challenges and improvement opportunities, establish & control prospect evaluation process
- Vision creation - create a year one vision for the prospects regarding how best for them to evolve into the world of interactive recruiting
- ROI orientation - be able to clearly articulate the benefits and value of Jobs2Web relative to prospects’ needs
- Sales achievement - meet or exceed sales goals in line with Job2Webs business requirements
- Teamwork - work with the Client Services team as needed to ensure customer success
Desired Qualifications and Competencies:
- 5+ years of experience in selling $100,000+ technology based solutions to 5,000+ employee organizations
- Demonstrated record of success in a fast-paced, goal-oriented sales environment.
- Business application or digital marketing industry experience, preferably within the human-capital management or recruiting industry.
- Education: University degree, preferably in business or marketing.
- Demonstrated commitment to process oriented selling.
- Experience in pragmatic selling utilizing phone and webcasts for several phases of the sales cycle with one to two on-site proof and/or commitment gaining sessions
- Persuasive and engaging presentation, oral and written communication skills
- Curious; good listener; able to identify and adapt to different social styles of prospects over the phone.
- Team player. Able to contribute positively to the management team and throughout the organization.
- High-level of autonomy. Feel comfortable and be efficient in a flat organization.
