Search-engine Optimization (SEO) or recruiting-industry experience strongly preferred.<li>Knowledge and experience selling to senior HR and recruitment managers in both mid-size and F500 organizations<li>Demonstrated record of success in a fast-paced, goal-oriented sales environment <li>Persuasive and engaging oral and written communication skills <li>Curious; good listener; able to identify and adapt to different social styles of prospects over the phone.<li>Team player. <p>We?re currently seeking a motivated, service-minded interactive project management pro to join the Client Services team as a Client Services Specialist.  Responsible for managing the effective delivery of integrated marketing solutions for our clients, this individual must be a strong relationship manager, producer and project manager.  </p>

<P>What you?ll do:<br>
<ul>
<li>Provide day-to-day client management, project management and delivery of a full range of interactive recruiting solutions ? SEO, job distribution, PPC, social media/networking, etc. ? for a variety of diverse clients </li>
<li>Manage a range of projects to ensure deliverables are in-scope, on-time and on-budget </li>
<li>Manage project expectations and communication and collaborate with internal shared services development resources, external vendors and clients to drive effective project delivery</li>
<li>Deliver day-to-day client operational and maintenance tasks, e.g., test and QA client sites, optimize SEO categories and keywords, perform routine career web site maintenance, etc. </li>
<li>Generate production schedules, project status reports and other relevant project management documentation to manage internal and client expectations</li>
<li>Build rapport and credibility with internal team and clients</li>
<li>Continually seek opportunities to drive client satisfaction and deepen client relationships</li>
</ul>
<p>What you?ll need:</br>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor?s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or related field</li>
<li>At least two years of interactive account management and/or project management experience supporting a full range of web services in a corporate or agency environment, preferably in the HR/Recruiting space</li>
<li>Solid project management discipline and software expertise (MS Project or similar)</li>
<li>Strong oral and written communication skills, proven relationship management experience and excellent organizational ability with close attention to detail and process</li>
<li>Positive and proactive work ethic, ?can-do? attitude with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects</li>
<li>Ability to be both a collaborative team player as well as strong self-starter and individual contributor comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment</li>
<li>Project Management Professional® (PMP) certification is a plus</li>
<li>Familiarity with SEO research tools/methodology and an understanding of technical and functional design (HTML and CSS design) is preferred, but not required</li>
